Radio – Frequency Cautery involves the use of Radio-Frequency waves to cut, ablate and coagulate soft tissue.
The technology is used to treat – warts, molluscum contagiosum, moles, seborrheic keratosis, skin tags, xanthelesma, rhinophyma and telangiectasia among many other conditions. It can also be used for cosmetic indications such as earlobe repair and resurfacing.
The procedure requires either Topical anesthesia (Numbing cream) or Local anesthesia (Local injection).
